Farmer Wright

So Taz basically lives on a huge farmy type property, near by Lady Slipper mountain. And his family have recently bought 7 little calves. They are so cute and small and they let you play with them and everything.

A few weekends ago, there was really cold weather predicted, so Taz's mom wanted him to build a little house for the cows so they dont die of the cold

I thought Id be or builder woman and help, but that didnt last very long, it turns out it's actually pretty tough to hammer nails through steely things into wood. So while Taz was being all Bob the Builder like, i took my camera and entertained myself with self-timer.

Once the shelter was built we needed to herd the cows to there new shelters. haha. I felt like such a little farmer. it was SUCH fun. We wore head torchey things and used sticks and everything.

It was groovy baby. hahha.
We ate nice food, laughed a lot and took some cool photos - these are my favorite :))

A monkeys wedding

Sunday turned out to be a very happy, fun, beautiful day for me. The sun was out but it was pretty chilly, so we were just chilling in the lounge when all of a sudden we heard a dot of rain fall on the tin roof, the one dot of rain turned into a full on rain and hail storm.

So Taz and I literally jumped off the couch and started putting on clothes that can get dirty and running around the house screaming histerically with excitement. It started hailing little golf balls of ice while we were changing.

Because Taz lives on a farm there is quite a bit of mud so we tried 2 do some mud sliding, which wasnt very succesful, all that seemed 2 come out of it was very red stomachs and muddy bums. But it was fun nevertheless.

Then Taz's mom asked us to go fetch some cream for flapjacks, and we saw the most incredibly beautiful rainbow. It was breathtaking!

I dont know if u can see what a drowned rat he was, but he was. This was us driving to the shop in the PRISON. how cool is that. Its like a whole little village in the prison. I was so impressed.

Sunday Bliss

So it isnt it enough for me to just be blessed with a flippin fantastic boyfriend, i get to have a flippin fantastic boyfriend who lives in a beautiful place.

So on Sunday afternoon we were taking a leasurily drive to his house, and we came across the most magnificent field of yellow. it was the yellowist field i have ever seen.

Whenever i see something beautiful, I say "Dont you want to just run through it its so beautiful" so naturally I said that, and almost instantly, Taz (thats my boyfriend)  halted the car and said okay lets do it then.
So we did precisely that.

Taz had to hold a stick on the electric wire while i crawled under. And then he just leaped over with his long legs.

So we did our running, and we took pretty photos and it was just delightful :)

Then we quickly ran out the fields before the owners came with there big guns ready 2 shoot us. :)
